Darling Harbour is a popular inner-city destination in Sydney,
New South Wales, Australia. It is a popular recreational area for visitors and locals alike, attracting large number sof visitors on most days of the week. Being situated in the Sydney central business district, it is easy to access either by foot or by using the Sydney Monorail, light rail system. The locality extends northwards to Chinatown, along both sides of Cockle Bay to King Street Wharf on the east, and to the suburb of Pyrmont on the west. Melbourne Docklands is a modern and vibrant waterfront development in the heart of Melbourne comprising around 200 hectares of land and water and seven kilometres of water frontage. Dockalnds is close to the Melbourne CBD making it a popular destination for visitors to Melbourne to expereince fantastic shopping and find dining. Docklands also has many attractions including Harbour Town where you will find specialty discount stores, Waterfront City Piazza with its giant screens, Ethihad Stadium (also often referred to as Dockland Stadium and previously Telstra Dome) where AFL football and Soccer are played and Wonderland Park for the kids.
