Private, contemporary, self-contained cabins, teepees and a boutique campground set in an extensive nature reserve, make Huon Bush Retreats the perfect place to relax, explore and experience nature.

Each cabin or teepee is private in its own special setting. Twelve volt solar electricity, supplies lights and music, whilst the wood fire keeps the cabin cosy, even under winter snows. Each cabin has a composting toilet and an indoor shower and outdoor bath. Kitchens are well equipped with gas range, utensils and crockery etc. Furnishings are modern and very comfortable: A queen sized bed, a double sofa bed plus a single trundle bed. Also a kitchen table, second sofa plus an outdoor setting.

Self-cater in well equipped kitchens or have meals to order delivered to your cabin or campsite. We can cater for outdoor functions for up to 60 people undercover.

By day, abundant birds and small creatures inhabit the forest and open areas. By night nocturnal mammals go about their lives throughout the site. Please drive slowly at night as wallabies frequently jump in front of moving cars.
