Our complex consists of 60 luxurious units with lift access. The Motor Lodge has spacious studio units with a super king bed, double sofa bed, microwave kitchenette, sleeps 1-4. The one and two bedroom suites sleep 1-6 with full kitchen facilities, 1-2 bathrooms. These rooms are serviced daily and full laundry facilities are available to the guests.

Academy Motor Inn is centrally located in Tauranga. We provide luxury, spacious accommodation and a range of facilities to make your stay a relaxed and enjoyable one. Academy Motor Inn is a superior modern complex that has 20 units 13 Studio's sleep 2, 6x1Bdm sleep4-5, 1x2Bdm sleeps 4-6. 17 of these units are ground floor units. Unit's offer fully equipped kitchens, hair dryer, spa baths, king or queen size beds, electric blankets, heating, ceiling fans and/or free standing fans, Sky TV, iron & ironing board. Phone, Internet & Hi-Speed Wireless internet available, Video's & DVD players are also available. All roadside units are either Double Glazed or offer 7mm Hush Glass for your comfort. Ceiling fans and free-standing fans are also offered in all units.

We are set in attractive grounds and all rooms are on ground-floor level, with free off-street car parking. We are next to the courthouse and just behind Baycourt, just a short stroll to everything Tauranga City Centre has to offer, including restaurants, cafes, shops and the CBD. It makes sense just to leave the car in our car-park and walk everywhere!

We have 20 spacious Studios or One Bedroom Spa Suites. Our One Bedroom Spa Suites each have a separate bedroom and lounge, and each bathroom has a large spa bath & separate shower cubicle. All rooms are serviced daily, and have kitchenettes, microwaves, plunger coffee, complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryers, iron and ironing boards, ceiling fans, electric blankets, clock radios & Sky TV. Wireless Broadband internet access is available throughout the motel. Cooked, continental or light breakfasts can be delivered daily in-room, and we also have tasty in-room "Heat and Eat" meals available as well as well-stocked mini-bars.
