5 mins from central Nelson, with views over the city to the sea
beyond. Built for Alfred Fell in 1854, major features include
a spectacular grand ballroom and a 4 storey octagonal 'fairytale'
tower. Architecturally is it most important Victorian Gothic renaissance
building in New Zealand.
Four grand suites are available to guests, all with large ensuites featuring clawfoot baths, separate showers and period furnishings. A self catering option is also available for families.
